Empty setup page

My setup page is not working - it comes back blank

tester installed and ran successfully

I installed the test calendar (ftp) and was able to run the first setup page to enter a admin user and password. But then I tried to continue and I just got a blank page, no errors, no html - nothing.

The hosting service is ixwebhosting.com ; this is a Linux host.

I removed my installation and reinstalled using the installer and now it works, thanks.
