Any suggestions to make my calendar in wordpress theme more attractive and funtional

I have the calendar in the sidebar of my home page. This adds loading time to the page. When you cursor over, you have a pop up that is large and when you cursor over the middle of the calendar the pop up calendar changes, so you can't get to the one you want.

In the right sidebar there is a link to the calendar page. That looks good other than the inconsistency of the contributors. It would be nice to limit their choice in tinymce, but many copy and paste html and I do want to offer the choice to have a photo.

Finally, as I read in another post, the calendar is not crawled when embedded into a wordpress theme. Any way to make this work?

You should clean up your calendar database... There is no reason why you should have so many times the same entry on a single day. That's why your site is slowed down by the calendar.

You could also set the size of the popup to be static, perhaps even using the anchor tag so that it always shows up at the same place.

I don't know why it is doing that.

Nor, do I have a clue how to clean up my database.

I'll reset my pop up size and anchor tag.

Clean up simply meant going in the Event Manager and deleting the events that should not be there.
