Copyright removal on event and setup manager

I upgraded to the complete copyright removal and all of the copyright information is gone except in the setup manager and the event manager. Can you tell me what I need to do remove it from there also.

That is a different upgrade, you'd do it the same way but ask for a different license. Your ticket may not have been clear on the level you wanted. Reply to the support ticket for further instructions.
