months on list page stuck

I am trying to figure out why this calendar

the month and year are stuck on 2008. Looked at my other calendars and cannot figure out what happen.. This use to work.

Can you post the code you use for the calendar on that page? I do see it starts at 2008, but I'm able to navigate to different months.

Also, make sure the time/date is set correctly on the server.
