after setting up phpeasycalendar, I found that the 'Popup' admin link caused an error
Fatal error: Unable to read 2738 bytes in /home/.............../calendar/setup/popupsSetup.php on line 0
I have uploaded the file a second time and the byte sizes are the same on both my folder and the server folder. Permissions are 644 and even changing them to 777 does not solve the problem.
What is wrong?

Nevermind - fixed it by uploading in forced Binary! Whew!!!
