Installation Issues

I am trying to install a script Easy Php Calender
on my domain photoshowcase.co.uk
I have created a folder calender in public_html nd uploaded the files and created a SQL database.
The script is malfunctioning when i try to access the database through the programs event manager.
The test file works and shows everything passing.
I have contacted my domain provider to find out the server paths.
Any help would be appreciated.

Can you be more specific for "malfunctioning"? What exactly is it that happens?

Fiddled around double checked my settings
Error screen told me i was connected to the database then told me to run setupSQL.php?

This then worked i am up and running.

Thankyou for your reply it gave me confidence someone was there to help me.
