One other option is they may be accessing the calendar on an un-licensed domain. This would cause a license error on the calendar and only one event will be displayed for any given month.

The calendar doesn't care about the ISP of the user. Just the domain that's being used when accessing the script. Are they using your licensed domain?

Support for Version 6 is reaching it's End Of Life (EOL) on June 30, 2013. It is recommended to upgrade to Version 7 to continue receiving support.
