F Added the ability for mouse-over pop-ups to display in front of form elements in the Event Manager.

F Added the ability to display the multiple categories color in the ledend.

C Updated the mouse-over code base.

C Updated the description parse function in Blog Mode to include the date tags contained in templates.

C Updated the verification process of the subroutine that determines the page name.

B Fixed an issue when using the Blog Mode where it wouldn't pass user variables when clicking on dates.

B Fixed an issue with the mouse-over pop-ups in the List Mode when it is the first calendar type on a page.

B Fixed an issue with the Blog Mode when the normal mode calendar is on the right and navigation wouldn't work.
