Default Customizing the Default Template

I have designed a template for how I envision the events/calendar section of my youthgroup's web site.

http://glidedesign.com/clients/goyou...ior-events.jpg

Can you tell me if it's possible. Can you split the events from the calendars. As in where they are displayed on the page.

I appreciate your comments and feedback in advance.

Sincerely,
Travis

You can in fact seperate them just as you've done. In the online documentation in the Integration section, it gives instructions for what to do to integrate the calendar in your pages.

If you run into problems, let us know.

Thanks for your response. I have went ahead and puchased the script as I think that it will work for my needs. However, I am still having an issue with formatting.

This is what I have so far: http://goyouth.org/events.php

Refer back to where I'm trying to end up.

Is there anyway to display the date in two different ways. Obviously I need the full date for the text area and just the month seperated from the date in the graphic area.

This seems like a stumbling block for me. Thanks in advance for your help.

Sincerely,
Travis

I really don't think it's available, and I don't think you can do PHP inside of the template. Maybe Brian could be of help on that front.

As for the three calendars on the right side, you can use the multi-calendar generator... just set it for 3 rows and 1 column. It's in the Plugins section of the instructions.

So I was able to force it to work with a sprinkle of javascript. You can view the result here:

http://goyouth.org/events.php

I think everything is going well. However, if you look at the new thread I started. I am pretty sure I found a bug in multi-calendar. The table is getting a cellpadding that I am specifically telling it not to have.

Any thoughts. Also thanks for all the help.

Sincerely,
Travis

It is possible that the value for the epcMultiPad is actually the cell spacing... Just a thought.
