Arabic language

Default Arabic language

Hello, is there any way to add the Arabic language to my Php calendar? I would like to buy it but I need Arabic language, at least in the frontend. Any ideas?

You can copy and create your own language template file in the languages directory. Then the new file can be selected from the Event Manager page of the Setup Manager.

Thank you Brian. The problem is that I can't see the UTF-8 codification is not there as I can see. Now, when I write in Arabic the name of the categories I get something like this:
&#1570 ;ل و
Can you tell me why?

Try manually editing the config.inc.php file and change the category names there and see if that will work.

Ok, I think the problem as to do with the fact that arabic is right to left... this messes up the html codes for the special characters.

Just to try something, increase the limit of characters displayed in the mouse-over popup.
