popup hiden behind images

Default popup hiden behind images

see site http://www.dothan.com/calendar/ hover over a date and the popup goes under the Golfer and out the top this is a flash not a image, why is this happening?

Flash takes precedence over most anything on a page (it keeps it focus in the foreground).
