Cannot find setup file

Hi, I've just downloaded the trial version to play around with before I purchase the calendar, but I cannot get pass the setup part. I used the ioncube auto-installer. From the index page, when I try to go ahead with the setup, I get this message:

The requested URL /calendar/setup/index.php was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.


And I can't locate the setup/index.php file either, it's like it didn't install with the rest of the files.

The Auto-Installer sometimes fails. Get the .zip package and upload it yourself using a real FTP app (not FrontPage, Dreamweaver, and the like) using forced binary mode.

If you are not able to do so, you can open a support ticket and provide your FTP information and Brian is very good about uploading it for you.
