Calendar not showing

Help! I can't get the calendar to show on my webpage. The demo comes up OK, but after adding the 3 lines as stated in the instructions to integrate the calendar on the webpage, no luck.

Here's the demo that works:

Here's the calendar page that doesn't:
http://209.123.229.86/centralcoastvi.../Calendar.php/

When testing locally, the page comes up with everything but the calendar. When I test the link above, I get a "page not found" error.
