C Updated the on-click pop-up code to remove an EasyPHPCalendar reference that is only visible in the HTML source code.
C Updated the multi-calendar generator to use the $noNav option.
B Fixed an issue displaying images for navigation when using the multi-calendar generator plugin.
B Fixed an issue where, in certain instances, the TOC mode could display unnecessary text above event titles.
B Fixed an issue where some servers wouldn't maintain the $mo and $yr variables in the Event Manger.
