Thumbs down Links not reacting

Just installed with ioncube. Looks great but the links on all aspects of calendar are erratic. Setup manager included. Sometimes they work, not great, but after two or three clicks. OK. Then nothing. Reload page. Still nothing. Then suddenly they work. Then.....well you get the picture. Can anyone help. I've looked through the FAQs and couldn't find a solution. If there is one just point me to it and I'll sort it out.
