F Added the PHP version information to the System page in the Setup Manager.

F Added the ability to change the background color of the Setup and Event Managers ($epcCustomBackgroundColor).

C Updated the pop-up window to use the Character Set as defined in the Setup Manager.

C Updated the demo.php file adding an explanation of the file name and a link to the online instructions.

C Updated the version check routine on the System page in the Setup Manager for better version comparison.

C Updated the error check routine of the auto-obtain license system.

C Altered some of the licensing code concerning backwards compatibility (may require some users to obtain a new license key).
