Question Current Release Version: 6.3.19 not reading as current

My setup files say that I have Version: 6.3.19 but it's still telling me I need to upgrade? Anybody have any ideas why?

Thanks,

Jon

What does it say if you view the System page in the Setup Manager?

Determines if the installed version is current with the most recent release. The installed version is NOT up to date!

Can you open a support ticket with the URL and login to your Setup Manager?

Top of the forum, Support button, then Support tickets.... Then send the URL to your installation as well as the username and password required to login to your your-web-site.com/calendar/setup/
