Default Calendar Upgrade

Hello,

I am using the Zend Optimized auto-installer, and have run into this message during the install, and cannot figure out what to do next:

A folder 'calendar' has been created, but cannot be located on the web server. Please adjust the URL so that it points to the location of the package install folder on the web, then click Next to retry.

I am using a folder titled 'calendar', and it says that the files have been overwritten, but afterwards I receive the above message.

Is this on a full domain name or a temporary domain?

Have you tried to access the Setup Manager in your web browser?

Have you used an FTP program to look at the files on your server to see that the calendar files were uploaded?

I am able to access the Setup Manager, and have already gone to Systems to check for the latest update. I have then gone to the Download page where you have the option of choosing either the IonCube or Zend Optimized - I have downloaded the Auto-Installer for the Zend Optimized, and it is during the install that I receive that message.

And yes, the domain name is the full domain name: www.galtdancecenter.com

There is already a folder on the server titled calendar (where all of the calendar folders/information is located.

When you log into the Setup Manager and click on the System page, what version does it say you have installed?

Would it be possible for me to upload the files to see what may be happening? (Just open a support ticket).

Will you need just the server information?
