Default Problem with ISP Server

I have a host service hosting my calendar and we have an error:

Each time I enable safe_mode for my domain on the server I get this error message:

The file /var/www/vhosts/usprayercenter.org/httpdocs/ministry/calendar/functions/functions.inc.php has been encoded with the ionCube PHP Encoder and requires the free ioncube_loader_lin_5.1.so ionCube PHP Loader to be installed.

Apparently the file is not reading the ioncube_loader_lin_5.1.so even though it is sitting there in the domain files in httpdocs/ministry/calendar/ioncube.

The server is running php5 and mysql5. Is there a fix for this so safe_mode can be enabled for this domain?

Thanks for our help.
Robert

Since this is a server configuration issue, you'll be best to check with ionCube about this. You can open a ticket with them at http://support.ioncube.com/.

You should also contact your own host as they might have some special configuration that is enabled when using safe_mode.

My host actually sent me here. I have gotten a response from ioncube and forwarded it to my service. Thanks very much.
