Default Popup.php File Corrupted

Google was indexing the popup.php file inside the functions folder on my website for some reason. I opened the file with DreamWeaver to try and add the META tag to stop google from indexing it but once I tried to Check the file back in it is now corrupted and the TOC page I use does not work. I get an error message that says Fatal error: Unable to read 11366 bytes

I tried putting a new popup.php file that has never been opened in place of the old one but I get the same error message. Is there any way to fix this without having to reinstall the calendar?

Default Fixed It

I just reinstalled the calendar and linked it to the same database as the old one so all the events carried over. That fixed it.
