HELP WITH import and export a csv file with events

I want to import a csv file with events. Each event has 10 categories. How should my csv file be set up so it imports properly?

I exported the database from my phpmyadmin to see how the information was set up but I noticed that the categories were turned into numbers.

Please help me import and export the event database correctly.

Unfortunately, there is no method to import events into the calendar.
You can create an export of what you already have in the calendar, but
importing is not supported.
