Event Manager Footer

I seem to be able to customeise anything on the event manager page apart from the backgroun color of the copyright notice - the whole of the td tag that contains it. I can't find anything on the event manager template or the system.css and setting up a style on the generic td tag affects the whole page.

Any help as to where I can customise the footer background?
