Cannot get license key from my order number

I am having trouble getting my license key for my install.


I had a trial set up under a different domain and have since switched to the correct domain. After doing so I purchased a license to activate the full featured package. After getting my order number, I was unable to reset my license key by clicking the reset link. I would get the warning popup, but when I clicked ok, it just went back to the same page.

After doing this a number of times, I edited the current trial license.php file by removing the word "Trial" from the $orderNumber line. This at least allowed me to get to the order number input field. However, when I enter my order number into the input field and hit save I get a license number that is just a string of X's. Saving it still results in a limited use mode.

I have done this on a several sites before and it worked flawlessly, but with this install I am running into problems. They are all running on the same server so I know the server is set up correctly.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like one or more of the files may be corrupt in the setup directory. Try uploading them again and a new calendar/license.php from the distribution files.

Thanks, Brian, while just re-uploading the files didn't work, it made me think I should just reinstall. It worked after that.
