Default Call [id] field

I'm in the process of creating a template that shows the "Event Description" via jQuery. In order to do this, I need to identify each event independently.

If someone could give me some guidance in calling the event [id] field, it would be much appreciated.

Thanks!

As of the 6.4.2 release, you can now use [eid] in the template.

And wouldn't you know it, I'm running 6.4.1 (I wasn't planning on updating until the next major release, which sound like its not too far off)

I suppose there is no other way to accomplish this using 6.4.1?

Thanks again!

Just update to 6.4.2. It's free and easy. Just upload the events, functions, setup and plugins directories.

So I just have to upload those 4 directories (in binary mode)...and that's it?

If I'm keeping the same directory for the calendar, I don't have to worry about the Setup Manager?
