Default Invalid Access - 19: categories.css

Invalid Access - 19

I got this error after trying to update the cateogories. It told me to change the write permissions for theme/categories/categories.css. After I changed it, I got the error. Even after I changed it back...still getting the error. Please help! We are days away from the site launch.

Thanks,
Kayla
