Red face Multiple User Access

I'm very interested in EasyPHPCalendar, but I'm not sure if it meets the following requirement...

I need three levels of access.

1 - Administrative - Which I see that it does.
2 - User - Can see all events, but can't add anything.
2 - Guest - Can see only the events I allow them to see, not the others, and certainly can't add anything.

Can y'all hook me up?
