Default Can't install - file missing

I downloaded the zip (zend). I unzipped it. I uploaded it using binary.

3) In a web browser, go to http://www.YourDomainName.com/calend...all/index.php. Follow the on-screen instructions to set up the database, Master Administrator and enter the license information.

Here is where I run into a problem. There is no index.php in the install folder. The only file there is ManualInstall.htm. Took a look in the zip file and it's not in there either.

So sad. I was very excited about this product. Not a good start. Thought this was ticket worthy, but emails says have to post here instead. Anyone have a solution?

Sounds like you've downloaded the instructions and not the calendar files.

Make sure to follow the instructions in your purchase email to find the download files.

Thanks that was it. Now for the next question...

When I go to install now it's asking me for the following:
Host Name: * This is usually "localhost" and not your domain or IP address unless your host is Godaddy. User Name: ** Password: Database Name: Table Prefix: * Leave this at default unless installing multiple copies in the same database. Type UTF-8:

We are using GoDaddy.com for hosting. Not sure what to put in the host name and where I can find that info. I have a link to a site where I log into and mess around with SQL but it doesn't have anything in the URL about GoDaddy or our domain name. I've tried to put that in there as well as various pieces of the URL but no cigar. Even though I know nothing, my fumblings usually get me to where I want to go. Thanks in advance for any help.

Your host will be able to give you that information. It's likely that you have an interface where you can find that information as well.

I've never had so many problems with a purchased program before. Some of it is me but still.

I finally got it to install. I see it, and there is a log on. What am I supposed to type in there? I tried my Easy PHP logon info (not the forum info) and it doesn't work.

How can I set up who can log in?

Thanks for all the help so far.

Two steps ago, you entered an administrator user name (email) and password. This is what you use to log into the calendar.
