Default Can't access install page

When I try to access the install page for V7, all I get is a 0(zero) I am using Zend Optimizer. All files were uploaded in binary mode using FileZilla. Thanks.

Did you download the correct files that are compatible with your server (you can check by running the tester script from our support page)?

Did you uploads all of the files in forced binary mode?

What is the link to your installation? If you don't want to post it publicly, you can open a support ticket.

These are the steps I've taken:

*DL/install V7 in binary mode
*Did the server test. Passed for PHP 5.2 failed for Zend Opt
*DL/install ioncube linux version and when I run the loader wizard I get the following:

Please note that the following problem currently exists with the ionCube Loader installation:
  • The necessary zend_extension line could not be found in the configuration.
and

Please note also the following issue:
  • The correct loader for your system has been found at /home/users/web/b437/ipw.fountainsoflivingwater/public_html/ioncube/ioncube_loader_lin_5.2.so. You may wish to copy the loader from /home/users/web/b437/ipw.fountainsoflivingwater/public_html/ioncube/ioncube_loader_lin_5.2.so to /usr/local/lib/php-5.2.17/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20060613.
I also don't know what I need to do with the php.ini file

The following is the link to the tester:

..../calendar and ..../ioncube is the path for each folder. Thanks.

You need to give your host or server administrator the link to the tester so they can fix this for you.

My host server uses v3.1.2 but they are saying that the calendar uses the same version but with a higher binary. So what version does the calendar use and what do they mean by higher binary? thanks.

I have no idea what they mean (never heard of that term before).

Does our tester script show that everything is correct now?
