Multi calendars needed for regional control

I administer a website for a national organization in Canada. The web site contains regionally separated info for many of its pages, through a simple "Regional Selector" menu.

Can I use Easy PHP on five separate events pages, with each one having it's own MySQL DB? and it's own administration interface?

Yes, you can do this. But you only need one database to do it.
