Default Newb totally lost with install of 7.05

I am running on Hostmonster, and it has a php of 5.2.17 I installed the downloaded files via binary to my calendar file, but when I tried to do the install it told me I needed Ioncube? Don't have a clue on how to install this or which one I need for that matter. Please help!

Did you run the our Server Compatibility Tester script script from the Buy Now page and/or the support page? It will tell you if your server has ionCube. If it does not, you will need to let your web host know so they can install it for you.

Ask them to install ionCube for you. It would help them if you gave them the link to the tester script on your server.

OK not as hard as I thought. Hostmonster actually already has it, you just have to turn it on in the PHP config.

I have gotten through most of the install, and it now says "WARNING! You must remove the install directory before continuing!" what does this mean? Sorry for being user stupid, just dont want to mess it up.

Delete the calendar/install directory from your server.
