Default license key

Hello Brian

One of my client's that's using the calendar, I'm moving the site to a different hosting service and the calendar too of course. The calendar is not working on the other hosting service so we had to install ioncube to make it work where as on the other server it was using zend. With this I had to a new install, I entered the order number and the license key but the license key is not being accepted cause I guess the calendar is seeing a different IP.

I went back to your site where you enter the order # and email address but they do not coincide cause it does not recognize my email address with that order#. I don't recall what email was used.

How can I get this issue resolved so the license will work with the new host service?

Since I've not registered on it, I did register hours ago but never received a confirmation email. Why does it take so long?

Or does it use the same login as the forum here?

2 problems
1. In this forum I need to change my email address. I go to the UserCP and enter my new one, it gives me some error and won't accept it. I enter my password thinking it wants that. Still no luck.
2. In your support ticket system, I entered the same registration info as if I was registering again. It says I'm already registered. But I never received a confirmation email. I tried to login but it says, invalid email or password.

How can I get my issue resolved if I can't log into the ticket system and I can't even change my email address in this forum?

The forums and support ticket system are completely separate. You would need to register for each.

I'm not sure why you can't change your address on the forums. Honestly, I've never tried it before.

If you'll open a support ticket and include your forums login information and the new email address, I'll see what happens when I try.

The forum is messed up.
I go to the User CP. I remove my old invalid email address in both fields. Put my new one in both fields, SUBMIT. The page comes back and its still the same. I do the same thing but also include my PW. It comes back with "The email address you entered is already in use. If you have forgotten your password, please click here." This is crazy. Why is it so difficult to update ones email address in the User CP?

I just tried it for me, and the change went right through...

Could be a browser or cache issue on your end? Either way, just let me know the right address through a support ticket and I'll fix it right up.
