I'm feeling technically challenged. How do I update the ticket?
It says my e-mail address is already registered but I don't know the password and since the messages are being blocked, I can't retrieve the password. Vicious circle. Should I reregister with a different e-mail address that will hopefully work and resubmit the ticket?
