License Transfer

Default License Transfer

I have two licenses for two different web sites. One web site is no longer up and running. Can I use that license on the local installation of the other web site? If so, what do I need to do?

Thanks!

I tried looking up my order number at least an hour ago and I never got the e-mail. And I did check the Spam folder. I just tried again but if it doesn't come this time, I'll submit a Support ticket.

Check your spam block and/or look in the calendar.php file.

I did check the Spam folder. Nothing. What am I looking for in the calendar.php file?

That makes more sense.

Unfortunately, I didn't download the license.php from the site before my web host deleted everything so I guess I'll be submitting a Support ticket.

I'm feeling technically challenged. How do I update the ticket?

It says my e-mail address is already registered but I don't know the password and since the messages are being blocked, I can't retrieve the password. Vicious circle. Should I reregister with a different e-mail address that will hopefully work and resubmit the ticket?
