new webmaster at work

Hello, I've taken over the job of web master my school's web site and we had purchased the calendar for our site. While cleaning up the site, part of the calendar that was installed was accidentally deleted. We've purchased the product, but the person who purchased it is no longer here, and we can't get support because the only email that will be accepted is from the guy who isn't here. As well, the site says you can't email them directly, so here I am on this thread hoping that someone can help!

I'm not exactly sure what was deleted, as I'm a bit new to this. Would it be possible to download a new one?

Any ideas? Thanks!
