Default Change Color theme of Setup Seection

I am trying to change the color theme of setup section, partially I could do it but still need to change a middle display, I touched theme>>default and theme>>setup and .css files but could not able to do that fully.

If anyone has exp. please let me know.

I want to change left navigation background pale yellow color as well as middle light and mid blue row color. and bottom dark blue color.

Those colors are defined in the HTML itself and not modifiable via themes.

Thanks ve9gra for reply. I know those color codes are in html and now able to get in CSS class, and the pages are encrypted already, is there any way we can modify the color codes to change the look and feel to match the website.
