Transferred license & after entering new key rcvd error

I was in the process of transferring several licenses and added all the new keys last night and now am unable to use the product due to the errors that I am receiving...

The 1st error I received was directly following entering the new key - is as follows:
Fatal error: Unable to read 9455 bytes in /home/bcmcc/berkscountymustangcarclub.com/calendar/setup/authentication.php on line 0

The 2nd error I received was directly following entering the new key - is as follows:

Fatal error: Unable to read 11158 bytes in /home/bcmcc/berkscountymustangcarclub.com/calendar/functions/calendar.php on line 0

If anyone can offer some guidance on how to repair these errors I would greatly appreciate your help. Have done many installs of the Easy PHP Calendar, but never received these types of errors and have had the products completely unable to utilize.

Totally forgot about some of the files being binary. It has been a while since I have done an install....
