Certain Macs hang after edit
There was a similar post to this one in 2008 with the exception that in my case the event manager only hangs when Macs associated with the school, either Macs in the school or the administrator's Mac at home, attempts to add events to the calendar.
I am currently using version 6 of the calendar on a school website. The website was also recently moved from one web host to another. Since the move, the site seems to have a problem hanging after a school administrator, using a Mac, enters a new event. This only happens on Macs at the school and their Macs at home. It doesn't happen on PC's at the school or PC's at home. Also, the problem doesn't happen on Macs in our office or anywhere else we have checked. Do you have any suggestions of what could cause this Mac specific hanging problem?
