Error Posting Floating Event

We can't seem to get any floating events posted. Trying to post as the second Thursday (and the 4th) of each month at 7pm but no matter what I try, I get an Invalid Data error. I've left off the time, Set it to run for just this year or from this year all the way to 2100. Started it in the past and in the future, left off the time, every variation I could think of to test. Using ver 7 so not sure if this is a bug in the new version or not.

Please open a support ticket and provide the exact event details your are entering so I can try to replicate it locally.
