Event Viewer - Noobie

Could someone please tell me how to get rid of the excess empty space on the Easily Simple Calender Event Viewer pop-up? When the Event Viewer pops-up after clicking on an event in the calender; I have to scroll down a ways (about 3 inches) to see the posted event.

This is an unusual problem that I haven't seen before. There is nothing in the code that would do this so I don't know what could be causing it.
