So, I've got five organizations--loosely affiliated--in one geographic area. I want them to share a calendar. I want to the calendar to appear on each site but display the same data using the same data source. Is this possible?

Are all of the sites on the same server?

This is actually the same question that I have.

In my case, no, the two sites are not on the same server.

That should be possible if you use a flat-file for the database since the PHP fopen command can open files via HTTP. [I have not tested this however.]

mySQL could work as well but will be more tricky with the setup process.

Just one caveat... each domain that uses the script will need their own license.

If you are interested in making this work, let me know and I'll help you set up a test demonstration.

Well...for some reason, my earlier reply didn't take. So, let's try again.

Prior to getting involved with the site I'm trying to share calendars with, I'd already downloaded 4.7, myself (same version the other site is using), so we've both already got licenses.

It appears that the "host" site is using mySQL (I know that's what mine has).

The "host" calendar can be viewed at http://www.fearsomepenguins.com/newhaven

The "mirror" calendar would go on http://www.light-sabre.com/newhaven
