calendar width

Hi,
Got the calendar set up and it works great
even using it on my testing server.
Guess I have been looking too long but I cannot find where to change the width. When I demoed the free version I seemed to find plenty of references to the width & multiples of 7.
Apologies if it's in my face somewhere.

All of the calendar layout attributes are found in the esstyle.css file of the theme you are using.

If you open that file, you will see at the very top where you can change the width.
