Default No Delete Event Option?

I'm new to ESC - love the program, still learning its capabilities. I used an iframe to add to an html page, because I am still not familiar enough with PHP to write a full PHP page.

My question, however, is whether it's possible to delete an event once it's entered? We use this calendar to show public events occurring in our area and occasionally something's cancelled. If all else fails, I can just edit in a note that it's cancelled, but I'd prefer the option to remove it - particularly if there's a user error to begin with, lol.

Of course you can delete events... it's done from the same interface where you add them. All you have to do is go to edit the event, and in there, there will be a button for deleting the event.

I can't find where to delete events.

I have added a couple of test events to my calendar and then gone back into the Event Administration and there is no button to enable me to edit or delete an event only an 'add event' button.

Could you please let me know how to delete an event?

You should select the event to edit it first, then you'll see the link to delete the event.

You can select to edit by using the list below the calendar or click the title in the mouse-over popup.

Thanks for the note. That was written over a year ago. I've since learned how to manage just fine.

I looks like someone resurrected your old post.

Look for some updated options in 6.2.2 (when released) to do with editing and adding new events.
