Default Integrating into a php environment?

I've been mulling over switching to a CMS, specifically Mambo. How hard would it be to integrate into an all-php environment? I'm assuming it isn't quite as easy as just adding the 3 lines of code in the manner used for html files.

In case you were still wondering about this, yes it will only be adding those three lines.... what's going to be different is where you're going to put those three lines... one is going to have to go in the header of your CMS to take care of the CSS, then if your CMS uses blocks, you're going to put the other two lines in the block itself... then you'll have to make sure that the paths work... but it is entirely feasable... I have ESC in both PostNuke and a CMS of my own... boths sites built entirely with PHP.
