Default Moving Server

Hello.

we are moving servers and im having a hard time getting the calendar to work on the new server before we switch the domain over.

it doesnt seem to load the calendar, but it does load the list. very weird.

http://65.254.50.98/~mgadmin/escal/index.php there it is

(the new server doesnt seem to accept index.php as a index yet, will that have anything to do with it, i dont think it does, but it possible)..

ive made sure all the files form the old server are on the new server, and changed the database login info, (database seems to work since the list is working)..

Any idea what is gonning on here..

Once your domain name propagates to the new server, everything should display correctly.

Brian,

I too am switching servers but am not having as much luck. Any helpful hints to share? I moved all the files over as well, but it is not liking it. Can I just try to re-install version 5, or would it be best to update to version 6?

I am getting this error on my index page -

Server Path Error.
Please run the Setup and Configuration Manager to correct this problem.
When I try to run the setup, it just hangs on the login screen.....

Are sessions properly configured on the new server?

Somehow in the last 5 minutes I just figured it out. I think God felt sorry for me and did it for me while I was heating up my pizza... thanks..

ps - I have about 3 new customers that are going to use your calendar. If you want to add them to your list of clients, let me know... thanks..

Glad you got it going!

Are the new clients going to use Version 6?
