Default Formatting the Event Text??

I searched, I read, I Searched..twice! Is it possible to format the text that is entered into the Event Administrator? You know, silly little things like bold, italics, URL's, maybe even images. Not smilies, images.

I'm also not talking about having this show in the calendar but the event list.

By the way, best bargain for a great piece of software I have purchased since 1981 and that was TRS-80 DOS. I think.

You can do this by just using standard HTML tags. (eg: <b>Bold Text</b>, etc...).

It figures that if I didn't try something, that would be the answer. I apreciate the reply Brian. I will actually try a procedure next time before asking.

Default hrefs work but not bolding

I had no trouble making hrefs work so I figured I could try bold... nothing is emboldened. Also EPC "eats" my <b> tags, so the next time I edit that entry, those tags are gone.

Are you using a HTML editor? It may be removing them? (They are no officially supported but I've had good luck with Tiny).

I'm using whatever "editor" comes by default. Nothing snazzy. Just type type type.

Do you have Allow HTML turned on in the Setup Manager?

Can you open a support ticket with the URL and login information to your setup manager?

Unfortunately, no :-( We're firewalled and confidential.
I can open a ticket. I can't give you a URL.
I can give you screenshots.
