Default How do you remove the copyright notice?

I am sure this has been asked before. Can you please have detailed instructions on how to remove the Copyright notice that appears on the on-click pop-up window header even after purchase. It is not fair that we have to PM you for this and then wait for an answer. I looked for instructions on how to do this but found threads where you asked users to PM your with the order number. Maybe you should send this instructions along with the order number in the initial order confirmation email. I purchased both copyright removals and the header one was not removed. I am working on a time sensitive project and I need to get this over with. Thanks.

The pop-up removal is an automated process. You should automatically receive the version/license key without those notices after purchase.

What version did you purchase? If you PM me your order number, I can look up the details.

I received the order number and followed the upgrade instructions But only one copyright was removed not both. I have sent a PM. I hope you can post your findings here because I think this is an issue that has been occuring frequently and many users may benefit from your findings. Thanks.

You have the correct license that removes both the name and copyright from the pop-up windows.

Can you provide a link so I can see this happening?

There was one order that saved the wrong version information in my database within the past two weeks. This has been fixed and the order logic updated to reflect these changes.

If you know of other instances, please let me know.

I checked your link and I don't see any copyright notices and the name is not in the calendar header?

Okay then maybe we have more than just this problem. If you can't see it how come I can see it. Or am I talking about something totally different? I need to remove this message or otherwise customize it to suite what I want. And also this window loads very slow when the date is clicked.

Very good catch! I didn't even realize that was there. I've made a modified version of that file and can send it to you if you'll PM me your email address and which encoder you're using.

This will also be updated in the next release for everyone that wants this changed.

As for taking a while to load, it seems to open fairly quickly for me. Just a matter of seconds.
