Default Cross-Site Scripting Attack

My questions are:

1. Is the current version of EasyPHPCalendar safe from this exploit?
(I believe I was using version 6.014 - how to tell now?)

2. What procedure should I follow to install?
(I was using text file databases, which I was able to recover)
I am not sure how to handle the re-licensing?

There are no mechanisms that would allow anyone to take control of a server that I am aware of.

The script was fixed for this particular exploit in Version 6.014 back in April:
