Error after upgrade

Question Error after upgrade
Upgrade worked fine - paths updated - only thing that does not work is the eventmanager when i try to access the event directory with index.php i get an Fatal error: Unable to read 44569 bytes

oh i forgot i tryed to upload in binary and ascii mode - none of them worked
