Additional User login problem

I have set up an additional person so they can login and create additional events. When he tries to login or I login as him I get nothing like the person does not exist. If I login as the primary person it works fine. I don't get any error messages when I type in the login name and password it just goes backto the same login page with a blanked out User ID and password. Any thoughts? I am a nebie to the product and we are still in the process of setting it up but the program looks awesome.

Only the Master Administrator can log into the Setup Manager. Additional users must log in to the Events Manager. This is usually found at:

http://www.domain.com/calendar/events/index.php
