installation error

I've purchaced the full calendar package and am havin problems getting it working?!

Fatal error: Incompatible file format: The encoded file has format ID 2385792, which is too old in /home/fhlinux202/t/thinkchangeconsultancy.co.uk/user/htdocs/Zcalendar/calendar/setup/index.php on line 0

Ive run the tester script and all seems fine, then when i upload all the Zcalendar files and run the:-

Zcalendar/calendar/index.php

and click on setup manager i get the error above?

Also if i click on the continue with setup link i get a similar error

I Googled this from the web:

Your server has the Zend Optimizer installed, but it is not a sufficiently current version. You should contact your Host or server admin about having a newer version of the Zend Optimizer installed.
