Which version were you installing (ionCube or Zend).

Do you know the OS of your server?

At what point does this error appear?

Many thanks for replying so promptly.

I was installing using the wizard - iconCube version which the tester said to use.

I am using a virtual server hosted by www.easily.co.uk - Linux OS

It failed after 54 of the 94 files loaded
